but I think there are other white guys who have broken 10

I'm pretty sure no other white dude has done it, at least in competition. The people over at CF were also talking about this as the first time and some of them have been around elite track for a long time.

yup, it for sure never happened, at least not in official meets..
this is pretty big for the whiteys.

Well, Marian Woronin ran 9.992, but that was rounded up to 10.0.
