the 24-hour world best is fucked up. translates to 4:46/7:40 pace; assuming the guy took some breaks then his average moving pace was faster than that. for 24 hours.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

saturday: run tempo/VO2 max/speed x 6-8 km
