i try not to watch that video, because every time i do, it makes me want to high rep squat.. which is not good for my jumping HEH.

shit if i was doing that i'd probably not need to squat anymore...and just stick to plyos and squatting to keep gains in plyos only

But why??? Imagine the DOMS he must have. Damn. At 30 I though, ok thats tough, not alot more there.

doms must have been incredible.. 7+ days.
