exciting race so far.

Yuki Kawauchi & Des Linden are beasts. Linden especially for helping Shalane out when she had to make a bathroom pitstop.

Daska & Yuki with the most guts so far.

Daska aggressively swerving all over the road to prevent people from drafting on her, beast.

Damn. The lady in the interview in the video you posted said she was feeling terrible and wanted to drop out when she was around 3rd or 4th and yet she was able to push through that but difference is that when I did the 1200m timed and I ran the first lap when heading towards the start of my second lap I wanted to give up as I was tired as I had probably run a little hard at the start but I wouldn't give my body the chance to stop and just kept going the remaining two laps; running zombie and it is just a feeling you want to get over and done with but she has the ability to keep pushing and someone get past the terrible feeling. Props.

ya

i think it was the conditions more than anything else. the women went out very safe/conservative, slow pace. so i think the battle was really intense regarding the external factors. obviously external conditions bring about internal challenges bu

partial response

been wanting to respond but keep getting distracted at work F it. hah
