any thoughts on this?
any other exercises you would add if there was no equipment whatsoever nearby? ie depth jumps, sprints, etc.
any kind of routine that could be set up for a person without weights whatsoever ?

i didn't ruin your thread. you ruined some kid's thread

I really think that it would be nice if there was a sample routine for people without equipment. it stops any excuses.

No, I saved some kids thread then took ownership of it. Then you ruined it.

any thoughts on this?

those are all good exercises.

your body is an amazing thing and can do an almost limitless range of exercises. which ones you choose depends on what you're trying to achieve.

unanswerable question because see bolded section above.

Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

like a general offseason routine for a football player/basketball player that would lead to improve speed/vertical/power in general....improved overall strength...increase in muscle mass and would be able to replicate some of the training programs we have on here

I haven't done a lot of these but I have recently used pistol squats as part of a program. It's complimentary to some compounds, bounds and ghr's. I have long goofy limbs so a full pistol is crazy hard for me. So I always use a hand on a low object to assist on the eccentric. Then at the bottom I pause 1 sec, remove the assistance (hand) and explode up. I move up fast and end up jumping a few inches just from momentum.

I've found doing them this way is awesome. Even if I could control the eccentric easier not sure I would. There is already plenty of eccentric work in the squats, DL's, lunges and ghr's in the program and the assisted eccentric pistols give me volume and explosive movement without the CNS fatigue.
