Iowa Football Players Were Subjected To The Worst Workout Ever
Thirteen Iowa football players were admitted to the hospital in January with strange "undisclosed illnesses." A new report, released today to the state Board of Regents, attributes the hospitalizations to rhabdomyolysis, a rare muscle disorder resulting from an "intense, high-volume squat-lifting workout."

you have to do CRAZY-DUMB-SHIT (crazy high volume, forced reps, psyche ups, etc) to achieve rhabdo, and eat like shit.

It does but I'm totally not conditioned for that at all right now. I probably really would get Rhabo. 1 rep is normal. 3 reps is strength. 5 reps is high reps!

In b4 closing in on 1.5xBW clean now :)
