Funny, you know... all the disadvantages listed to BB squat is why I do it. All the reasons listed for leg press advantages are exactly why I don't do them. (Except when I tore my deltoid and I couldn't hold the bar up on squat. Leg press was the only way I could get heavy leg work done.)

You may not be able to do a lot on squat at first because of your back, but that's exactly why you do it. Spinal erectors and core are extremely important in most sports. I don't plan on going over hurdles with an arched back or hurting my back from the reactive energy from a long jump just because my spinal erectors can't hold me together because they're so weak compared to my legs. There's a reason most people my age have at least minor forms of scoliosis. Spinal erectors are some of the weakest muscles in normal people. (Normal being the lazy, desk tied type.) In reality they should be some of the strongest. Especially if you plan on doing any strenuous sports. You can't neglect certain muscle groups. Your body becomes imbalanced and prone to injury, especially in high stress movements like jumps.

Seriously. The ONLY time leg press was more beneficial to me was when I literally couldn't do squats. It was a physical impossibility because I couldn't my my arm enough to hold the weight right. Even if it's more comfortable for some, that doesn't mean it's more beneficial. I especially hate where it says you can use your arms to help push the weight off when you're too tired. Way to tell people, who already have a hard time working out, that it's okay for them to cheat.

Paging Gilbert... Plus if he actually shoots someone maybe we can void his contract and spend that money on some better players.

Um, are you advocating cannibalism of low-level NBA players? Cause that's who Gilbert was threatening to shoot.

No but he still has ~60 mil left on his contract if we void it.

Delonte could do it too! And it's cheaper

West was carrying two handguns, a shotgun, the knife and more than 100 shotgun rounds.

Delonte has other endeavors, like LeBron's mom.

Plus then he could have sex with LeBron's mom again, thus ending the Heat's season! Two birds, one stone!

What? NBA chumps?

Have you gone to any NBA games? You're closer to the Heat arena or the Magic arena?
