you must switch your shield color to the same color of energy bullets to absorb the energy. All the bullets are all over the screen, it's insanely crazy.

I think you are better off playing first person shooter

http://www.gamertell.com/gaming/comment/first-person-shooters-are-good-for-you-research/

Quote
Researchers from the University of Rochester (Rochester, NY, USA), found that playing first-person shooters can help by allocating the brain’s resources in a better way and helping in adapting to new situations faster. The research also pointed out that these video games can improve peripheral vision as well as the ability to see objects in low light conditions. These findings could eventually lead to a video game based treatment for some eye related illnesses, like lazy eye.

It's also make you differentiate moving objects better. So If you want to, you can play these games to stimulate your brain activities. However nothing beat real basketball experiences. Practicing and playing a lot of basketball will help you handle any game situation way better than those FPS or Asteroid.

Spend most of your time in gym, not in front of a TV.

 :uhhhfacepalm:

so sad..

but anyway, video games in general can help with decision making/reaction time, sure.. playing any type of video game that requires rapid decision making, reaction time, strategy, etc, can definitely help make you a bit more sharp, how much that transfers to your sport is up for debate.. just consider it a "brain stimulus", not something that will directly improve your basketball IQ/RT/decision making.
