This is too open ended to answer. What position do you play? What skill level are you? What's your style of play? How do you want to be able to play?

I am SG/PG, very good ballhandler, good first step, finishing, but i miss jumpshot. I would like to work on shooting, 3's, pullups, and some advanced ball handling

Shooting is all repetition, but not all repetition is equal. First make sure your shooting mechanics are sound, your form doesn't have to be Ray Allens or Steph Currys but it needs to be smooth, high release point and a good follow through. After that its all game speed repetition. Work on the shots you take in the games you play.

As for ball handling, I like Micah Lancaster and Gannon Baker. Both are very well versed and have an impressive clientele list.

Are you in high school? Play on your school team?
