adarq, did u see the heat? they were down like 18 - 1 to start the game lol but i had a feeling they were going to come back and win against scrappy hornets.....

nah missed it. at my aunt's right now, no sports/news/nothing, just "horror movies".... lol.

heat are scrappy. no idea how they will end up either, thought they'd have a better effort against the cavs. They couldn't match up and Love was knocking everything down.

Quote
i'm still unclear where the heat will lie in the east standings..... east is just tough this year for a change, they've been outmatched by west for so long it was getting ridiculous.....

refs show no mercy to overrated stars... I LOVE IT

yup. no one should get any preferential treatment. the last thing the best players need, is ticky tack fouls in their favor all the time, to pad their stats.

victor oladipo is an all star this year, i don't care what anyone says, the guy is absolute BOSS

the guys dropping 30s and 40s like it's nothing and doing it gracefully and the teams needed every one of those points for the w......

this guys got springs and a lazer guided shot.....

ya he'd ballin. it's great seeing people improve that much and become a go-to guy.

heat with tons of injuries, still pulling out W's... such a deep squad IMHO. Now #5 in the East.. If they are completely healthy come playoff time, be careful, lots of weapons.

legit fight happened in this game but would have been longer if serge ibaka wasn't suspended already earlier..... they def woulda gotten some real punches in if serge didnt just comeback from suspension

ya saw that last night. james johnson jumped the gun there, most likely.. no reason to throw a damn punch wtf. dude relax. should be suspended like 3 games.

great game last night.

HEAT are legit.

yeah wayne ellington is so underrated, he has laser guided precision on his shots and elevation....

yup. he's a beast.

derrick jones jr played great last night too. he's so fun to watch. Hope he gets more playing time. Lots of nice dunks last night.

right now beating the pacers.

I just don't see how they will lose this momentum as the season goes on .. I mean people keep getting injured, and someone else steps in and they win. This team is solid. Been saying that since last year, such a deep squad.

HEAT!!!!!!!!

i wonder if heat going to run out of gas the way they are winning lately....

its not easy to beat raptors @ canada and pacers @ indy...... they beat celts ..... i mean dam

they are like 20-4 the last 25 games..... usually when teams do this and they're not golden state.... they hit a wall sometime.....

all it takes is for u to go up against a hungry team and be out of it to go on losing streaks in this league...... that is if ur not GSW.... gsw on another level, they have the power of the RING ....

i dno. i think the beauty of Miami is that there aren't any "true superstars", other than Whiteside but, he's more of a rebounding/blocking/big presence superstar, his offense is decent but he isn't there #1 goto. There's no real #1 goto player anymore. On any given night, anyone can go off. This doesn't happen too often in the NBA.

as far as coach Spo goes, these last two years are probably his most impressive. All of the titles he has with the heat, came with multiple mega-star players: Shaq/Wade, Lebron/Wade/Bosh. It took him a while last year to figure this group out and get them clicking. It took a short while this year. But man once he gets them all clicking, 12 deep, they became a real threat. Literally anyone on that team can step up and their defense is rugged.

so ya not sure if they will fizzle or not.. last year they kept it up from all-star break until the end. This year I really think they will keep it up into the playoffs.

I just don't think i've seen a team with this many injuries, respond so well .. EVER. Except maybe the New England Patriots in Football: reason - their Coach. Seems like the same reason here.

I'm a heat fan so, but even if I wasn't, i'd be just as impressed with the heat's last 2 seasons and Spo's coaching.

I think they'll be even more on point in the playoffs. Lots of analysts now saying the Heat could be the real darkhorse in the playoffs this year, ruining alot of party's. We'll see somewhat soon enough.. :D

man i wish i can see some closed practices of GSW.... they must really go at it and work at it in practice.... i can see Kerr just going nuts over certain things..... kerr has that MJ aggression in him, it happens when ur with MJ for so long....

gsw is just faster and more accurate than the entire league period.... steph klay can release shot in like mili secs and kd shoots over anyone with accuracy....

give gsw the ring now, its over.... like seriously..... they're just going to win the ring again unless refs make sure they dno't and than that would just be too obvious on nat'l tv

lol pretty much. Kerr will be a GOAT-level coach when it's all over. He might end up the "Jordan of NBA Coaching", eclipsing Phil etc. I like his style and offense alot better than Phil as well. Plus Phil had MJ and Kobe/Shaq. KD changes everything for GSW, that's like Kobe/Shaq level now for GSW, except KD and everyone on GSW seems to get along great. HEH. That's important. Those dudes love playing with each other, sharing the ball, lighting it up as a team, and defending hard.

Always loved Kerr. Just hope his damn back gets fixed :/

let's just put it this way.. derrick jones jr plays great on the heat. <fillintheblank> plays great on the heat. beasley underperformed, but his head wasn't on right. glad he's doing good in NY. but that was before bellichick-level coach spo.

wow at how Lebron/Cavs are turning out.. Lebron is playing awful, so much turmoil, losing by huge numbers, everyone looks depressed/discouraged.. seeing Lebron with his face in his towel last night, they have really fallen apart.

unreal.

From everything I know, alot of this falls on Lebron directly. It's like he forgot how to lose, and then how to gather his troops during these losses. Instead, he's demoralizing his troops.. Looking back, I guess Kyrie leaving was a bigger moment than I first realized. When did playing with Lebron become toxic? Last year? Or was it sooner? I'm hoping he turns it around.
