He was a football player in high school, so he had some decent strength that carried over to bball.....

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8PeUjppB2k" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8PeUjppB2k</a>

He looks almost like a wide receiver out there.....

2 handed dunk attempt in traffic at just 5'10 - 5'11 height, some confidence.....

as the years went by, his physique kept degrading until the point he was weak/slow aka useless  :'(

if he worked on his athleticism.... wow.... i dunno where the limit is.... he has the sickest physique for speed..... light frame, insane cns, good muscle fibers...
33yrs | 24in SVJ | >45% BF | 227LB | 5'9 | 7'5 reach | 400lb max squat paused | 5'8 wingspan | 26in RVJ

Coming back from 2 years of inactivity!

Goal: Maintain 385-405lb squat while cutting down to 165 LB

undoubtable

Damnn nice find, AI was my childhood hero, I was glued to the tv every time the sixers played. I don't even watch any current documentaries or anything featuring AI anymore bc it sort takes away the novelty of peak AI. Kind of silly.
GOALS

Squat 340x3               Power clean 265

BP 225x3                    100m - 11.5
