Man, I love the arm swing of that first guy. It definitely helps his jumping a lot.

By the way, I was talking to Oynur some days ago (actually weeks) and he said he feels the armswing gives him sooo much into his jump... that "aggresive" armswing that he has (also after improving his upperbody strength by a lot) makes a big difference and his legs react so much positively in terms of power generation in a powerful armswing vs. a not so powerful armswing.

I've always felt like my arms help a lot with my jumping.

nice vid....

man, stuff like this makes you wanna haul ass and move weight for that 40-50" vertical.....jumping in the air and floating like that.......then stuffing the ball in the rim....
