eric bledsoe is so top heavy ... if he did oly lifts as part of his training, man this guy would be a 6'1 nate robinson ..... and nate robinson almost never does oly lifts either.... his explosiveness carried over from his football days where they would lift heavy legs....

imagine if he morphs into a shaqlike body? hopefully he keeps growing and keeps his athleticism..

young shaq is still one of the most impressive basketball athletes i've ever seen.. man he was a freak.

wednesday: fartlek (mostly easy pace with mix of strides, hills, long tempo) 45 mins (8+ km)
thursday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km), strength/cross-training
friday: rest
saturday: short tempo 6-8x500 @ sub-4:00 (7 km)

strength would be:
- hops 2x10
- box jumps or ME SVJ 2x5
- squats 3x6-8 or weighted BSS/lunges 3x10/leg
- RDL/hypers 2x10-12 or SLRDL 2x10-12/leg
- upper push myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- upper pull myo-reps or sets to technical failure
- leg raises, holds, pallof presses

seems like he's practicing it nearly every day. I've seen JC get close (and Staples I think), but not Kilganon. I wouldn't put it past Kilganon though.. he may just try it one day and pull it off.

also i think chris staples is best "built" to land the 180 BTB/BTL, based on how he sick he is at 1spins and how fast he is.
