Does anyone know how Jordan Kilganon got his hops? Was it from similar to Vertical Jump Bible stuff, squats + plyos etc.?

mostly just jumping i imagine.. he's been dunk obsessed since a young teenager, as far as I can remember. He'd do like 2 hour long dunk sessions, jumping all day.

for the last few years he's definitely incorporated more traditional workouts, which are also available in his jump program.. not sure if he was doing that early on, but it's possible. I think his dad has some kind of training background. I forget.

I see, so a lot of his bounce is from just practicing a lot and CNS, not neccesarily strength training like how KingFish got his bounce.

I wonder if the 2 types of jumpers began to focus more on the other's style of training (ie KingFish focus more on jumping/plyos and Jordan focus more on squats, oly lifts, etc) Who would see better results?

For someone like me, I think I would definitely benefit from gaining as much strength as possible while getting shredded. Because I think I have the foot work down on a good take off simply from watching and playing so much bball in my younger days.

it's insane how easily he puts his elbow in the rim. like it ain't no thang. i remember how nuts everyone went when VC did that in 2000. man.

ya and he's just taken it to an entirely different level; reverse double elbow, btl elbow, slingshot elbow, triple elbow wtf.

wonder if VC has ever talked about JK's dunks. VC does vlogs and such, I think he answered one of raptor's questions before.

rim looks pretty legit .. alot of cam angle early on, but then it should even out by the end (actual dunk) .. so, crazy jump/dunk.

Some nice Vince Carter dunks. He was one of those guys that played pretty good and dunk well.... usually it's either/or.... like terrance ross, dj stephens, gerald green, etc, not saying their not good, but at least doesn't get enough opportunities ....
