I had that for the longest time...I shoulda posted it lulz, I had thought adarq would have already done it....somewhere there is a link to his sprinting
it's great info, but it's old when i read it and older now.
the dude is probably just working some manual labor job now, sprinting is over for him for sure
I have even looked up some times of his on websites that post automatic time, they all have stopped posting last i checked
