just a reflection. i noticed i have almost doubled my standing vert. so puke lowrey must be correct when he talks about doubling your vert. lol

any time you set some nice PR's you should update this post.. that way you have a nice timeline.. but ya you definitely approach training the right way, asking questions, very consistent, lots of enthusiasm.. can't go wrong with that :)

thanks darq. i like to think of myself as a blue collar guy with the vert training. extremely  shitty genetics but gets the job done.  i remember 8th grade middle school tryouts when we ran full court sprints ( not conditioning work, actual fast twitch work but i didnt know that at the time) and i was the last guy every sprint. after 1.5 years of training, at jv tryouts this year, i ran faster than anybody as a sophmore.

nice man, that's pretty impressive.. have you found anyone who takes performance training as serious as you?
