hbo, 9:45 PM ET!

first fight was very good.. don't see how it'll be any different. hope pascal can make it just as entertaining, if not more. pascal is kind of pissed, he's playing a racism angle.. calls kovalev a racist etc.. don't see how that is going to help pascal though, if anything it'll make him too emotional and he'll get caught easier.. he doesn't have the chin to take kovalev's shots. he needs to not get hit, hehe.

total destruction.. pascal was trying to box and move, but got caught somewhere in the early rounds that looked to break his nose. kovalev just punished him for fun, he's a psycho in the ring.

kovalev has a very effective jab he is able to get through his guard just good and they are powerful as well, jean tried to time it and sometimes he was in countering good but kovalev changed his gameplan and avoided the counter's and just too much damage for pascal to take.

i don't know why they did rematch
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

because pascal won that BAD DECISION over Yunieski Gonzalez. It was a robbery. If Gonzalez had won that fight, he would have been the one fighting Kovalev. He needs a shot at Kovalev regardless, he's a decent LHW. I remember someone on his team put their life savings on the line for that fight (for Gonzalez) vs Pascal... so when the robbery happened, Gonzalez was so shocked and crying (I think). There was so much more on the line for him than just the win or loss. A few people who had been backing him put their life savings behind him.

wow, then he also lost to shabranskiyy. I don't think he will get a chance against kovalev in some time. such bad luck for him.
