what a fight.. holy shit.

they haven't read the decision yet .. this fight is a toss up.

totally worth watching. great fight. so impressed with frampton, didn't think he'd be able to hold up to cruz's pressure.

OMG, whaat a fight, this is the type of fight I like to watch, it was a war but not a careless punch up like brandos rion vs alvarado (where they're willing to get hit and hit back), this was an all out war mixed with smart boxing and counter punching.

I didn't think carl frampton would pull it off based on his last fight with scott quigg, but his style of counter punching, head movement was excellent, I liked his method of backstepping and then catching santa cruz coming in.

santa cruz just couldn't catch frampton his was slipping and moving, but not running, carl frampton definitely suits his nickname of the way he fights hit, move back and then hit again by luring the opponent in.

Santa cruz didn't take advantage of his height and would reach in, he had some good shots and some slick moves where he would turn frampton around against the ropes and attack, but other than that he couldn't catch him and has not experienced fighting who counter punches moves like frampton, most of his opponent would trade with him in the pocket

great fight, also good win by mikey garcia.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
