GGG vs Wade, Chocolatito vs Arroyo

easy work for GGG. Amazing how bad he crushed Wade's confidence by the end of the 2nd round (and fight). Wade looked ruined. GGG power = nuts.

Hope he keeps calling out PBF, that's the fight i'd love to see. ;f If not, canelo vs GGG will be decent. Canelo should KO Khan.

As for chocolatito, not the best performance.. but man he is a machine. He's just non stop. I'd like to see him vs a crazy skilled counter puncher/defensive boxer with power.. Everyone i've seen him fight is pretty much tailor made for him. He's a damn machine though, unreal how he just keeps coming, doesn't really look fatigued at all, and throws non stop.

ya he's got crazy power. In this fight he let Wade hit him several times, he looked bored.

ya, def easy work for ggg, he felt comfortable enough to let wade hit him in the face and he didn't feel anything lol, wade was very static but also very apprehensive until later on, after knock down, he started to get aggressive a little but futile as it would last for a few seconds.

lol at ggg stating his next opponent has 1% of beating him, whoever that may be.  :ninja:

the chocolatito vs williams fight was better than the ggg fight, williams was getting hit, but was very durable and i think a solid puncher like williams showed where chocolatito needs to improve on as he has speed and some power but could not take williams down, but he won easily. it is hard for boxer like chocolatito to knock down a power puncher like williams, but williams did not have the accuracy or speed to get past chocolatito, but williams defense was very good, it held up well, but you can't protect the head and the body at the same time.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
