hopkins put on a clinic.... albeit he got knocked down twice, one shouldnt have been a knockdown, other one was legit, but he completely dominated pascal and he's 45 years old, insanity..
amazing performance, hopkins brought it, probably my fav hopkins fight of all time.

I'm agreeing with you, that's the excuse of the homer's that said he tied...hopkins was last knocked down 1995, and he was last knocked down 1994..That's pretty good, especially since he is so old

his brain is healthy, he doesn't take damage, he's a defensive genius.. I honestly think hopkins will retire soon with the ability to keep fighting for many more years, honestly, he's a specimen, I am so impressed.. I hope to be dunking 40"+ at his age, loool.
I think he will destroy pascal in the rematch, there's really no way pascal will recover from that kind of mindfucking he experienced.. He got completely dominated, and his conditioning will never be good enough to keep him in the fight from rounds 7+. Hopkins got him on lock.

There's going to be a rematch. They are signing on for it right now.
While Hopkins is 46, keep in mind he didn't start his professional career until he was 23 which is kind of late, and he also didn't have much of an amateur career besides boxing in prison.

Apparently Pascal has a contract already where he has to give Chad Dawson a rematch so who knows.

Hopkins/Pascal 2 in May on HBO. It's essentially official now but they are finding a location and official date for it.
Chad Dawson will be fighting on the same card, and the winners of both fights will meet at a later date.

damn what a fight!! that was handsdown the best fight i've every seen. Mind you i have not seen alot of fights lol. Hopkins wins it this time, but pascal should have gotten those slips counted as knockdowns
