Title: Errric El Terrrible Morrrallees
Post by: seifullaah73 on March 25, 2012, 09:47:18 pm
What a fight

I was rooting for morales even though he had the disadvantage. Even though he is past his prime he has some good shots but no way better then his prime, man he was fast back then  :o.

I was love watching morales fight and this fight against danny garcia was a good fight, he was able to give him a bloodied face with bruises.

hats off to him. He will always be remembered as the one that beat pacquiao even though pacquiao was able to get avengance.

the undercard was not that bad, strange how they stopped the fight.

oh well i was hoping for kirkland to win coz that other guy just grabs him and you can't push.

a good ppv overall with the morales fight being the highlight of that night.

Overrated, and I don't really understand how he'll be known as "the one who beat pacquaio" when pacquaio already had 2 losses.

He was able to beat pacquiao, after pacquiao had learned from his previous 2 ko's, those 2 kos were when he was new then he started learning and getting better.

until he was dominating, then he had a chance against the mexican legend and that time erik morales thrashed him, he was faster then him and more clever in using combos but it was a great performance from pacquiao.

it was at that time morales defeated the rising and dominating start pacquiao, which after pacquiao had a chance after ending up in his favour.

pacquiao's 2 losses was when he was starting and after that he had an unbeaten streak from then on and after defeating barerra at that time when he was good, after morales defeated him.

so that is how he will be remembered as the one that defeated pacquiao.

i cant believe he lasted 12.. he looks damn good for how old/beaten up he is.. i guess that time off really helped him.. he landed some good stuff on garcia, and damn his chin held up, didnt think it would after some of those shots.

It might have been the lay off after the loss to pacquiao that has made him like that, because he is not that old but the lay off has added weight and made him slower and if he had continued he might have a lot in him. I think he still has the ability to become again if he put in effort to lose the excess fat and train his speed.
