It was a good fight

I had a feeling that matthew macklin was not going to survive for long from what i saw in the first round, matthew was trying hard to get to him attacking him but golovkin he's a beast, he was coming calm and cutting the ring and getting to matthew and then unleashing hell on him, even though he was not built big but he's confidence and power and coming forward is what made him a beast while macklin tried hard to survive, i felt matthew was finding it difficult to do anything to him while golovkin was just coming forward.

Down went macklin with a liver shot, man that must have been verryyyy painful.

golovkin is a beast.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

golovkin is a FREAK.. he has tyson-esque strength (relative to his weightclass).. I think he would beat sergio, chavez jr, etc.. He'd have a problem with ward if he moved up, but man, at middleweight, he's going to destroy that division.

macklin is not a scrub.. and he completely decimated him.
