gennady vs murray

It was an ok fight, golovkin is very good and very cautious when fighting murray, his uppercuts they don't look powerful unless they connect, sometimes i don't understand the purpose of the weak uppercuts maybe to distract him or open him up.
murray has a solid defence, i was taking this like a prediction of a pacquiao vs mayweather and pacquiao wins from the ko's lol

the ko's from golovkin looked nasty, but the punch to the temple didn't look powerful but suprised how it caused it to ko him.

an ok fight, reminds me of a honey badger vs a snake bulked up so has no speed.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

ya still too easy for golovkin.. he's just too good to fight sub-elite fighters. He likes to throw light punches to confuse his opponent, he does it in every fight. Lots of light punches then he slips in a big one.. Sometimes he'll go minutes throwing light shots, opponent doesn't know when the power is coming.

As always he's devastating to the body. Those body shots destroyed Murray.

GGG 19 straight ko's, insanity. His fight frequency is incredible too, old school style fighter.

lol that makes sense light shots that opponent don't know when the power will come, i get it now.
he is very smart

that body shot was really powerful, that caused him to take a knee.

they said it matches mike tyson 19ko streak, hope the 20th KO is against miguel cotto
