Lomachenko vs Walters

Lomachenko is on another level.. complete domination. Blistering combos while changing angles & staying defensive, he is basically Pacquiao + Mayweather.

So sad that Walters quit like such a bitch.. He wasn't hurt, he just gave up.

As for Lomachenko's next opponent, they mentioned Pacquiao or Crawford.. Crawford is way too big.. Pacquiao is too big but if Pacquiao comes down to 137, then that could be a fight.

I guess i'd like to see Lomachenko vs Pacquiao .. but I don't think Lomachenko is ready for pac.. Especially not ready for Pac's power. I'd still want to see it though.

The difference between Pacquiao and Lomachenko is, Lomachenko neutralizes his opponents power (like Mayweather does) by making guys miss + having insanely slick defense.. Pacquiao just overpowers people with speed and power.. So the fact that Lomachenko is basically a combo of Pacquiao/Mayweather is some next level shit. Absolutely amazing to watch his skills.

This match was the best fighting the best, the power of walters against the slick boxer of lomachenko and well basically lomachenko made this match a one sided fight and took walters to school, if someone didnt know walters they would think this is a one sided fight to lomachenko.

Lomachenko has so much knowledge of boxing the skills and tactics, like the one where he mentioned of pulling their gloves down and hitting them, but also one I seen alot in this fight is he spins around them and then followed by combos, he is just awesome. Pacquiao is claimed to be best at 140, so 137 is not that far. They did mention lomachenko vs pac in 2017 but we'll see.

I dont understand also why walters he quit, he so bad in this fight alot of blocking and waiting too much that he missed alot of opportunities and some punches missed, just disappointed with walters. I always have loved lomachenko's charisma and confidence that he is confidence in trying different tactics and combos on walter a top name and also during the fight he was playing with walters lol, I think walkters quit cos he didn't want to lose a white wash decision and be beaten entire boxing match, but still a bad choice to quit mid way.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
