ye he was, especially with a trainer like that, make good use of his speed. I would have loved to see naseem hamed vs floyd mayweather both in their primes, the banter, the antics lol.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Errol spence knocked out bundu severely to get the win. It generated 6mil viewers and 4.35m approx stayed for the whole fight.
I didnt watch it just this hightlight and knockout was brutal and bundu came out fast but uneffective towards the end.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-x_B5jKvSY" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-x_B5jKvSY</a>

ya i watched it. i was going to post about it but got sidetracked.

spence is legit.. man he tore bundu apart .. and bundu is really tough/shifty.

impressive.

When I saw that I was like... wait is Vuyani Bungu still fighting?

He isn't lol...  But with boxers I wouldn't put it past him.  That guy was awesome.

for some reason i dont remember bungu.. but, first hit on youtube:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHxfVtId6_Q" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHxfVtId6_Q</a>

man prince naseem was such a freak.

Wow fat naseem looks just like fat Ken Griffey.  Even though their skinny selves look nothing alike.  Weird.

now that would be sick.. there would be lots of bouts of inaction, but, the chess game of it, speed, slickness, and swagger would be off the charts.

at featherweight though, I got mayweather jr.. he's got serious power below 140.

Canelo is coming under fire because of his ducking golovkin after the statement he made in the ring of being a mexican, a fearless warrior and he has balls and will take on anyone.

then he will only fight when he is ready all the way down the swimming in a pond and just avoiding gennady golovkin at all costs lol.

one twitter comment made me laugh regarding canelo's ducking of ggg. This was part of dan rafael's live twitter, which he quoted one fans comment.

Quote
Dan Rafael

@danrafaelespn

Epic chat commnet from bruv (mexico): "Dan! I saw Canelo running from a Frosted Flakes box because it read 'they're GGGreat!"
5:12 PM - 2 Sep 2016

lmao haha

Another comment in the chat was: “KO of the year - GGG KO’ing Canelo’s manhood.” Rafael replied: “LOL.”

EDIT: I forgot to mention that he was challenging mcgregor to a boxing match rather than box golovkin lol.

Quote
David Kano @TheDKano

Canelo says he'd fight Conor McGregor in a boxing match saying, "It's not as easy as he thinks." He'd fight Conor now but not about GGG?🤔

lmao! the frosted flakes comment made me lol as well.

man o man.. i've always respect canelo's balls (lol) .. maybe he's smartened up a bit though, GGG is too big for him and would most likely KO him.. being KO'd vs UD'd is a huge difference.

i'd still love to see him man up though and take this challenge.. it should be a HUGE money fight.

i'd order it :)

It seems marquez maybe softening his stance against fighting manny pacquioa for the fifth time.

There are rumours that maybe he will be willing to fight pacquiao again for $30 million, which is a lot, but will it be a good fight, I don't really know as marquez is 40 i think and pacquiao will accept it to get revenge but will it be a good fight for the fans.  ::)

yep, ggg vs brook, brook has adopted the strategy of coming in heavier then triple g, and brook is a solid puncher but GGG is on another level.
GGG by knockout, I hope  :P taking nothing away from brooks, this for some reason is more reasonable then canelo vs khan.

GGG's mandatory challenger is Daniel Jacobs and theres a possibility they will be able to come to a deal without going to purse bid.

I always though Daniel jacobs was a smaller figher then GGG, but he is a little taller lol. Might be interesting then.

October fight tyson fury vs klitschko is called off again.  :uhhhfacepalm:

This is the second time its been called off. this time because fury according to his team is medically unfit to fight. wtf why is he delaying so much and he criticised haye for postponing their fight twice.

he's scared

fury should be scared... klitchko is a smart guy .. im sure he'll come back and fight 10000x better.

that first fight was such crap.. still hoping klitchko can redeem himself against Fury. I REALLY dislike Fury... if he doesn't, I hope Wilder can KTFO him.

Regarding the Kell brook vs GGG fight. I am skeptical in believing in this.

http://boxingbuzz.sportsblog.com/posts/26376766/teddy-atlas-hints-at-possible-foul-play-in-golovkin-brook-bout.html

damn, interesting.. stoppage was definitely weird.

i don't see how you'd even fight with a "barely healed broken orbital" (or not healed completely?) though.. what fighter would even put themselves in that position? I'm sure some very low level fighters might, but not people at the top - that's a serious risk. i dno.. that to me is the hardest part to believe. It's $$ but the risk of being blind etc.
