great fight. benavidez is a very good counter puncher but terence frustrated him alot by making him miss landing his combos. but man that jelly like body and head movement by terence tho. benavidez fatigued and then it was all over.

It makes me wonder how he would handle errol spence, definitely cannot out brawl him but if he fights like he did today moving around and landing combos I think crawford has a chance.

I always find it interesting to read articles regarding the pacquiao vs clottey situation. I don't think I will ever understand that situation.

I read an article about an interview recently and the title was 'he answers why didn't throw punches against pacquiao so wanted to read it.

nuts about the Zab Judah incident. Man Zab is a nutcase.. such a shame, he had so much potential.

as for Clottey's "excuses" for not throwing punches: it's weak. Once you get in the ring, if you are a real warrior, you fight. He turtled because he was scared. He actually did great considering how little punches he threw.. had he let his combos go, he could have really done well -> or maybe he would have gotten KO'd. If he opened up against Pac, pac could have countered him with some serious shots. Instead he just went into his shell and blocked everything. That's basically his style, with nice combos/counters out of the shell, so I personally thought it was a great blueprint against pac.. but he just didn't let his hands go because pac was too fast, that's my hunch. Pac's speed and slickness shut him down.

hah nice. even tho i still like broner soewhat, hope he gets KO'd.

pac respects boxing.

It's getting close to fruition, Errol spence vs Mikey garcia for february probably.

https://www.boxingnews24.com/2018/10/errol-spence-vs-mikey-garcia-close-to-a-deal-for-february/

Spence the favourite if he can catch garcia, I don't see garcia hurting spence. It would be like malignaggi vs broner, he could not hurt him so he had to rely on speed and getting the points. but garcia has power if he can catch him unexpectedly.

Daniel jacobs vs dervyanchenko

Great fight, always fun watching jacobs, after ggg's loss to canelo unfairly in my opinion, the next person who can come close I think is jacobs to beating canelo.

I can't believe one judge gave it to derevyanchenko is stupid. daniel was smart, very solid in his defence, d'chenko had alot of good moments where he connected especially the last round.

Jacobs a true inspiration fighting cancer, a boxing champion. want to see him fight canelo.

Jacobs v Canelo would be exciting. Jacobs really brings it. GGG brings it too but those slow starts were bad for him, given the atrocious judging.

would love to see Jacobs/Canelo.

i think Jacobs would win, but lose on the cards - smh.... Canelo seems to be untouchable now.

what a moron. come on PBF.

Now that I am back on U.S. soil after a long and disappointing trip to Tokyo, I now have the time to address you, my fans and the media in regard to the upcoming event on December 31st that was recently announced. First and foremost, I want it to be clear that I, Floyd Mayweather, never agreed to an official bout with Tenshin Nasukawa. In fact (with all due respect) I have never heard of him until this recent trip to Japan. Ultimately, I was asked to participate in a 9 minute exhibition of 3 rounds with an opponent selected by the "Rizen Fighting Federation". What I was originally informed of by Brent Johnson of "One Entertainment" was that this was to be an exhibition put on for a small group of wealthy spectators for a very large fee. This exhibition was previously arranged as a "Special Bout" purely for entertainment purposes with no intentions of being represented as an official fight card nor televised worldwide. Once I arrived to the press conference, my team and I were completely derailed by the new direction this event was going and we should have put a stop to it immediately. I want to sincerely apologize to my fans for the very misleading information that was announced during this press conference and I can assure you that I too was completely blindsided by the arrangements that were being made without my consent nor approval. For the sake of the several fans and attendees that flew in from all parts of the world to attend this past press conference, I was hesitant to create a huge disturbance by combating what was being said and for that I am truly sorry. I am a retired boxer that earns an unprecedented amount of money, globally, for appearances, speaking engagements and occasional small exhibitions.

some good fights there.

i'm most excited about Garcia/Spence tho, that should be very interesting. Spence is a monster but, so is Garcia - a technical monster with serious heart & chin. Not going to be an easy fight for Spence. I kinda think Garcia can get a decision against him. I just don't see Spencer knocking Garcia out.. and Garcia knows how to win rounds, he's just skilled af. Both guys are great. Can't wait for this.
