Pacquiao vs Broner

Was a good fight, pacquiao using his old side to side and jumping in with his punches, but most of this hits are jump in fights and he looks away and lands and sometimes it misses but I don't really like those jump in punches and those awkward shots but they are effective. Round 7 and other round he almost dealt with broner but later on he decided to be cautious, broner is fast but not really accurate that wide stance and having the lead hand ahead makes it difficult for pacquiao to punch in. Broner sore af. He did not win at all. He's lucky some judges gave him 116 112.

Pacquiao did show his slowness in his punches sometimes but he still got that dynamic going in and going out.

Pacquia vs mayweather 2: boring as pacquiao is not able to time his punches and waits for his opponent to calm down but mayweather will move around a lot and just outbox him. Mayweather by UD.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Thurman vs Lopez tonight!!

(thurman by tko)

Lopez was a cross country runner!

Quote
Lopez began boxing before he was 10 years old, but the Riverside, California, native also excelled athletically in cross country, captaining his high school to a state championship in 2002.

He was offered scholarships from several universities as a runner, but he chose to remain a fighter, competing in more than 70 amateur bouts with titles in the Junior Olympics and Golden Gloves.

Lopez is such a warrior and always brings it. But cannot keep up with Thurman in boxing skills.

Mikey garcia vs Errol spence.

What we had thought and feared for mikey garcia, actually happened. First round mikey garcia analysing errol spence by waiting while spence hitting and analysing. But the rest of the rounds mikey garcia got pounded with so many shots down the line, wide hooks and still standing strong but mikey just couldn't time errol spence and spence just breaking his rhythm making mikey freeze and wait a lot. PBC commentators were getting on my nerve. With errol spence if you put pressure he would get his guard up and therefore covering his sight or sometimes he would try and lean away from the barrages and therefore off balance, but he has this strange style of hitting with two hands like one hand is hitting the head and the other hand is hitting the body at the same time, even though it lacked the power but hitting it at the right spot can do a lot. mikey was almost stopped not only because of the crowd but errol spence just drilling him and mikey not doing nothing, robert was about to stop but glad he got through 12 rounds, but Errol spence showed his boxing abilities even though some combos need working but it works and just too big and had an advantage in everyway, mikey seemed a little big. While errol looked slim.

Mikey should have fought some lower contenders at 147 to get used to the weight before and get used to the weight. Manny pacquio is strong at 147 and will be able to do what mikey couldn't and has his angles and can pressure errol but if he is anxious like against mayweather than it could be bad for him with errol and his combos.
