I remember seeing that, the other guy was knocked down a lot of time and yet came as the winner but after they suspended the referee i think.

Amateur boxing is retarded anyway. Boxing should be about beating the shit out of the other guy or at least hurting him more than he hurts you, not doing weak shots to get your punch count up.
