Sad news out of Atlanta... Paul Williams, who twice held the WBO welterweight title, and was scheduled to challenge Saul Alvarez for the WBC junior middleweight title in his next fight, was involved in a motorcycle accident that has left him paralyzed from the waist down. According to WRDW-TV in Atlanta, Williams will undergo surgery in two days in order to stabilize his spine. Boxingtalk joins the entire boxing community in wishing Williams the best recovery modern medicine can provide. --Scott Shaffer

:o What!?, no way i was also looking forward to that fight, this would have shown canelo's ability as a fighter to prove his worthiness for a mayweather fight.

can't believe it.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
