charlo's fought good.. enjoy watching them.

Lara up next.

interesting moment at the end of the jermall charlo fight.. he sees this unrecognizable dude in the ring and immediately snaps on him.

45s in... love that response. he instantly went into defense mode when he realized there was some unknown dude standing right near him. Turns out it's his brother's mandatory opponent.

lol at the intruder and the commentators thinking that he probably confused him (jermall charlo) for jermell charlo.

But they fought well especiall jermall, tall, powerfull.

Erislandy lara fight was slow at the beginning but towards the middle and end it started to pick up, lara i always liked his boxing style, it is very good, vanes martirosian was active but most of them blocked, funny at how the shot taken as low blow and the one that was parried low, It would have been closer but lara still would have won it. Funny boating at the end.

It was silly during the first jermell charlo fight why the guy would turn and try to fix his mouth guard during the fight.

I don't think canelo will give him rematch, it will probably a long a boring fight, because lara depends on pot shots and counter else they both will wait alot of times.

Why doesn't lara try ggg for a change.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

man jermell, jermall, jarmell, it's so confusing.. F the charlo parents. ;f

ya i'd like to see ANYONE with skills take on GGG.. only lower tier fighters want to get in the ring with him, because 1) money 2) they have nothing to lose. Canelo needs to fire Hoya if he can't make this fight soon. frustrating.

Lara is like a more boring version of mayweather, with less speed and reflexes.. he's got great skills though, he's just not "fan friendly", even most boxing fans. Hard to see him getting a rematch with Canelo, because it would have to be pay-per-view... no one is going to order that.

GGG vs Canelo or GGG vs Ward are the fights I want to see.. I just want to see a legit threat get in there with GGG.. because I really think he's the truth. You can see he's "bored" in every fight.. it's just too easy for him. It's ridiculous. He wouldn't be bored vs Ward or Canelo, then we'd see what GGG is really about.

so many good fights to be made though.. Lomanchenko fights soon I think.. also Thurman/Porter!
