Vitali vs Chisora

 :wowthatwasnutswtf:.

WTF, that fight was entertaining, i was voting for vitali and was hoping he would kick chisora's ass all over the place, that guy was just too much moving about. This got interesting from the weigh in when chisora slapped vitali.

Then during the intro chisora spat water in the face of wladmir klitschko,  :o.  :pissed:

Im surprised, he didn't get thrashed by wladmir.

Chisora is just all ego with trash talk and all the cowardly acts he did. Someone should knock him out in the most painful way imaginable.

then when it was the post fight conference, he tried to come to david haye to his face talking big, then haye some saay bottled him the adam guy, says he didn't decked him badly, and also coming up to the face of his right hand man, he is just as bad.
so many things i want to say to that guy but it is still not enough  :pissed:.

the only way i will be satisified is someone is damage him that he can't box again and then knock him down.
 :headbang:
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

i didnt see the fight, but i did see the post fight... david haye did him real dirty, from the looks of it, he punched chisora with a bottle.. that is really foul.

chisora is a disrespectful punk though, so i guess he deserved it.. slapping vitali was a bum move.. too bad vitali didnt ko him.
