JCSBCK, that post is psychotic. I don't really know how any of us can top that, that's pure rape. In fact, that is one of the worst internet rapes I have ever seen.

I don't even know what to contribute to this thread yet. I hardly visit t-nation, mostly because of their over-the-top advertising, even though they have released some nice articles. The IBB shit really annoyed me, as it did you. Those claims are completely nuts and considering the price, it makes no sense.

I look at the IBB journals from time to time, trying to get an idea of what gains people are making, I havn't seen anything crazy yet.

For anyone that is interested, here are the journals:

http://tnation.tmuscle.com/free_online_forum/blog_sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_ibb_log

Ok, so I have been trying to post a results log, but so far both logs are wrecked:

This guy's training got derailed because of a back injury coming back:
http://tnation.tmuscle.com/free_online_forum/blog_sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_ibb_log/stretch67s_ibodybuilder_training_log?id=3581820&pageNo=2

This guy quit after 1.5 months because he said it's for a bodybuilder and he's a powerlifter:
http://tnation.tmuscle.com/free_online_forum/blog_sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_ibb_log/walkinggunshows_ibodybuilder_training_log

Wow, this is a waste of time. I can't find any good logs, wtf? I mean, I guess nobody has "peaked yet". Everyone is still in some sort of planned overtraining. But, I have hardly witnessed any significant mass gains? I am not about to click every log and look because the first 10 I looked through tonight were pretty bad...

btw, I voted BIOTEST as unethical. I was sort of leaning towards "sortof", but the IBB shit shows the true colors. You can't put glitter (articles) on a pile of shit (IBB claims) and refer to it as jewelry.

peace

You can shoot a gram of Test (the true mass king) a week for 8-12 weeks for like $200 total.  Add in clomid for anti-e and post cycle recovery and for $260 you can put on 30 lbs of REAL muscle!!!

Not promoting juice but I am sayin c'mon man @tmag

I voted sort of because they do give out good information for free and if they didn;t hype their supplements then they wouldn't sell.

nice :)

the funny thing about t-nation is though, that you probably won't get many replies.. they are afraid to 'speak out' against t-nation because it's not the cool thing to do.

most people probably won't even realize they didn't gain much of anything on it though...

possibly, the fact that his post didn't get censored is interesting though.. they must have some confidence that people will speak highly of IBB.

in thib's bulking article as well he says how you gain only gain .25-.5 lbs of lean muscle a week so its a waste to try and put on much more weight than that each week

apparently, when you perform the perfect rep & use ramped spectrum loading, while supplementing anaconda, that rule doesn't matter.

anaconda is better than roids, according to t-nation.

no doubt, how much do you lean muscle do you think can be put on per week or month

and based on that there is a point like i was personally thinking past 1-2 lbs a week weight gain, where no matter how perfect you rest, your workouts are, etc you are going to put on a lot of fat

What sucks though is they moved it to the anaconda users forum so I can't even post there because I didn't buy it. I originally posted that in the bodybuilding forum.

Looks like they are done with I,BB already. New program. Of course, to recover from it, you need anaconda, mag 10, and surge workout fuel, or else you'll get aids and die.

why would they replace I,BB if it puts on "20 lb lean mass" in ~8 weeks?????
