i think it's all relative. compared to lebron's 16 oz shoes, concept 1s definitely  get you at least 2 inches higher. compared to low-top hyperdunks, i doubt there is a difference in vert. This obviously causes conflict because the former lebron user would say they work great, but the guy formerly in hyperdunks would say they suck. Its all relative.

ya of course, design does matter.. but 5" from a shoe i dno mang.. hehe

my waffle racers are like 0.6oz, light as hell, and keep you forefoot dominant, and i only get 2" out of them.. 2" less in basketball shoes at this point, i'd literally have to ump in them for weeks to get back used to those sluggish pieces of crap.

Raptor, no shame in honesty... and trust issues, especially online make sense... we will never meet in real life, outside of the internet... and If you dont want to trust me I completely understand.

As for the shoes, Unfortunately I did have to buy them... (They didn't offer any free review pairs to my knowledge outside of major media companies (SI.com for ex.) and they were unaware of my review.  Lol, def not to me with my MASSIVE youtube account... lol.

I ask you all not to look into a "shoe review" so much... lol, bc it simply is just one man's opinion on a shoe... People may have completely different experiences than I did... but I can easily stand behind my review as honest, and my complete opinion.

Reviews at the end of the day are just some random guys opinion right?  Some will love these shoes, some will love the Lebrons, and kobe's... some will hate them all...

Not saying anyone has to trust or believe me... bc I am right nor wrong... it comes down to personal preference, and your thoughts of the shoes...

Just like some people like heavy Lebron's, and raptor likes like running shoes....  all a matter of opinion.

Well, yeah...

The most I'd trust simple people that don't gain anything from reviewing because they aren't "coaches" or "VJ experts" or stuff like that... so if random guy Y from random country X does a review (and you can't ever know if the guy is affiliated with the producers...) then I might be able to believe that. But in a world of marketing and interests, especially for quick gain (until the negative reviews come out, if that) - I can't buy into that. And that's not a shot at Adam either, it applies to pretty much everybody in this business.

noob, it's roids + squatflex + jumpsoles + APL + springbak's.

if you put springbak insoles in your APL Concept 1's it TRIPLES your VJ gains, not doubles, TRIPLES.

I'll let you guys in on a little secret, my valued forum members, put TWO PAIR of springbak insoles inside of your APL's and QUINTUPLE your results.

that advice will only be in this thread for 48 hours.
