i like how they put the stats as he's jumping, to just get in the way.

how'd you get those pics? did you take those from tv?

btw, jumping in track flats for SVJ feels so good. If i had been testing svj more, i would use track flats for sure.

I nerded the fuck out to get those pics. Figured out how to upload screen shots. On the combine site they have a stream going.

I do the same thing, mine is due to lack of ankle ROM.

kellyb and I were talking on dbhammer forum a while ago, he thinks alot of these guys have dorsiflexion rom issues (such as golden child), which given their insane calfs/achilles is going to give them alot of bounce.

your saying to much or too little dorsiflexion rom adarq?  and why would this give them more bounce?
