26 days until Michigan's defense rips Hawaii's still-beating heart of its chest and eats it raw. The D was so nasty last year until Glasgow went down. We're going to be even better this year.

I just watched this video and got so hyped at my desk I started breathing audibly.

When I saw that video, I was like. ermmm. I dont get it lol.

I wish I understood american football, so I can experience the hype, but i guess I have to be from the US to understand the hype.

lol at the gif.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

1:11 is still one of the best plays i've ever seen .. dante hall was such a freak:

 :headbang:

nfl highlight videos have some crazy sh*t.. i didn't post any "jacked up" videos because that portion of the game is changing & deadly..  it used to be celebrated when people got laid out, concussed.. not anymore though.. which is a good thing but obviously not as "Exciting".

That video with dante hall at 1:11 i think was incredible and the catches. I love that part of it, but because I don't know the rules much, as I see alot of the times when they are dropped to the floor they have to stop and get back in position or something.

btw, which teams are the top teams that are most likely to get to the finals, like in UK you have top teams like man united, liverpool, chelsea, man city, etc any good teams besides michigan (im guessing central michigan).

does the winner go to the superbowl final?

oh shit.. i posted NFL videos in a college football thread.

pretty much the same thing though.

as far as college: Ohio State, LSU, Alabama, USC are usually contenders for the college championship.

for nfl: New England Patriots, Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburg Steelers are usually in the playoffs, which gives them a chance at getting to the super bowl.

If you had to pick one, New England is pretty much always a top contender over the last decade.

pc!

what is it with today? that kid from LSU gave one of the dirtiest hits i've seen in recent memory at the end of their loss to wisconsin:

and that kid from USC nut-stomped bama's kick returner earlier, too. wtf.

ON THE OTHER HAND AND MUCH MORE IMPORTANT: UM 63 - 3 Hawaii
