I was going to vote for the atlanta falcons but saw in the nfl playoffs they lost and it's already the semi finals.

So I vote for the Eagles.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

vikings/saints game was one of the best i've ever watched.

the play to end the game is up there with the greatest moments in sports i've ever seen. jaw. dropped. incredible.

NFL playoffs = mind blowing as always.

my family and i were driving home from new hampshire during most of this game. by pure coincidence, we stopped to get dinner with 3:00 to go and it was on a little tv in the corner of the rest stop. we got our sandwiches and watched through the end. great timing. what a finish.

Watching the highlights, my first ever nfl game when I am rooting for a team.

I like how they run and manouvre and touch down so exciting. The eagles when it's their turn to throw they hold the ball for long time and the team sometimes do good job in stopping people getting to him especially that 21 point touch down. one guy was arms reach away but could not reach lol.

Eagles ftw

Need to learn the rules

EDIT: Found this nice tutorial. Funny to see the number of yellow flags being thrown in.

damn. and ya man, i'm glad I saw that. will never forget that, just like i'll never forget the "music city miracle".

NFL playoffs/superbowl has some of the most insane finishes.

FWIW, Lebron's "BLOCK" and Kyrie's 3 to beat GSW ranks up there with some of the NFL finishes i've seen.

it's cool that you enjoy it.

Eagles/Pats should be solid .. hope Brady & the Pats heal up a bit more, going to be tough for them if they are still really banged up. Eagles are no joke this year.

the athleticism on the field can be absolutely mindblowing. It's a very brutal game, glad they are cleaning it up a bit.

The champions must be dethroned. I am having doubts whether the eagles will manage it especially when the patriots have brady on their side, but you cannot count the eagles out.

Comeon eagles!!! Let's make history

Great catch by eagles but can't believe they missed that goal kick.

but that big run by danny by the patriots damn.

end of 1st quarter.

lol at the start of the second quarter he tries jumping over the defender lol, I always wondered if that was possible.

shame miss of the field goal. This is getting interesting

OMG What a game, my first and best super bowl I have witnessed.
That interception changed the game towards the end when ball fumbled out of tom brady.

I didn't understand why the runner touchdown was questionable he ran and did touch down and the other time when the guy ran through the zone and they said ball was out of control and his leg was out so confusing I saw he had ball in hand and was in the end zone.

but omg what a game I was nervous when they were making the decision and the patriots know how to take advantage of time especially towards the end and that final throw could have caused it to over time but saw it was time up and so happy.

memorable moment nick foles played the same game as brady and did touch down.

just awesome

Ye I saw that when they showed his stats and he was from as well as when they interviewed him. Great guy. From hackney, but media from outside the UK would say from london, east london, doesn't really say specifically which town.

I would like to try american football.

nah.. don't. heh. dangerous as fu*k. :/

tag football is fun tho.. still kind of injury risky for the knees/ankles but, 100000x safer than tackle.

my 2 cents :D
