Friday = DJs + REA workout.
And that session was only 40hrs after that last workout!

Yes , dropping fat would make a big impact.
I already lost 1 to 1,5% , im ~16,5% now. But dont expect to see me ripped , my natural bodyfat is in the 14% area. To go lower , i have to diet hardcore and i lose a lot of muscle/strength in the process.
Oh and one more thing , last year i peaked at 33'' , ~175lbs , ~13%bodyfat. This year feeling of 33'' at 200lbs+/18%+ bodyfat was 100 times better , easy!
