One guy who I really liked reading was Carl Valle who just recently stopped blogging at Elite Track. He always seemed to keep an open, and questioning mind.

I have seen some of his forum posts and thought similar, but I always liked his blog posts that questioned the status quo or the 'why" of doing certain things.

bit harsh on kb, he was a gun way before alex got to him i assume kb does all the programming and alex sells it, nothing wrong with getting some extra sales is there? it's still quality info bat a pretty good price and he has a tonne of free shit on his website so it's not like he chasing dollars either

hahaha carl valle got trolled so, so well on lyle's forum a few years ago. i don't know a damn thing about the guy or his coaching but those threads were absolutely hilarious.
