I used to be really cool with AlexM, but man I just can't take it. I was going to kickoff this section by calling out someone else, but after reading AlexM's new "THE FRAUD" 40 yard dash whatever-the-fu*k, I feel it's only right to start with him.

First let's start off with AlexM's "PROS":

PROS:

- Has the ability to write half decent programs.
- Has the ability to motivate others.
- He is a consistent, "hard worker", as is evident by his Charlie Francis Forum Training Journal & his DB HAMMER FORUM Training Journals.
- Has the ability to put out quality information, especially since he can consult the "EVIL GENIUS" Kelly B.
- Can speak well on camera (lolz).
- Can dribble a basketball very fast, probably has some decent basketball skills.

CONS:

AlexM has had two public training journals, view for yourself how he has trained:

Training history: Though Alex Maroko is a hard worker, in the weight room & on the court, his hard work has never publicly gotten him ANYWHERE special. This so called SPEED-TRAINING expert, claims he runs a 4.67 40 yard dash? He, or his marketing goons, have claimed he's a "dunk master"? If you sift through his journals, you will not see a 40 yard dash below 4.91, nor a dunk.  If you look on his youtube, or one of his 100 websites, you will not see a 40 yard dash or a dunk.

Ok here's the first claim, which you can find littered over the entire internet: Alex Maroko is a DUNK MASTER!


If you look back in his journals on DB FORUM / CF FORUM, you'll see his SVJ / RVJ are abysmal. During the time of his journal keeping, he could barely touch rim off a full run up, even after about 2 years of training.

The next claim, 4.67s 40 yard dash:



He claims the 4.91 in late 2008, but honestly, his 4.67 doesn't even make sense. First of all, he'll never let you forget his 10 yard dash is 1.65 with a 5.5 40. So what happened to his 10 yard dash now that he runs 4.67 in the 40? What is it, 1.3-1.4s?

WHEN YOU CALL YOURSELF A SPEED EXPERTS YOU MUST HAVE SPEEDS. Well, not really I take that back. But in Maroko's case, never having coached any impressive speed athlete, he had to rely on his own (inflated) accomplishments.

You can't run a 4.91s 40 and call yourself a speed expert, that's for sure.

Ok, so, how did Alex M somehow become a "Speed Expert". Or perhaps, the world's foremost & most respected speed coach. What did he do? Who did he coach?

He's done radio shows and articles explaining his shady scam tactics. How brazen is that? Basically shoot the shit with a bunch of shady marketing gurus, talking about your little tactics to "convert" people or charging more for a product to boost up its perceived value. Sure, these are "valid" marketing tactics, but combined with falsifying stats & selling shitty ass programs for way too much, I don't consider it very honorable.

I'll start off with possibly the WORST scam shit AlexM has done so far => Promoting squatflex. What man, with integrity, with morals and honor, would promote a COMPLETE PIECE OF GARBAGE such as squatflex, to a bunch of aspiring athletes?

A SCAMMER WITH NO MORALS, INTEGRITY, OR HONOR. That's who.

Squatflex is going to be in its own separate call em out, that's for sure, so no need to go into major detail here. But for those of you who don't know, squatflex, is a piece of shit that costs 500$ regularly, and ~300$ during the holidays or with special promotions. You know, when momz and popz are willing to bust out the CC for little Timmy for Christmas.

So, not to go into too much detail on squatflex, as that would derail this post by 5,000 words, let's get into why AlexM promoted that piece of shit.

Alex is one of those guys that confuse you. He is such a hard worker , and has acomplished so much with hard training and dedication. But he's got that BS talking style. Too much talking , too much hype , too much friendly.
In my mind i have him like a twin with Tyler Ray ( next calling out article? ).
Tyler is the same , he is absolutely legit about his mouth droping VJ ( like Alex with quickness ), but again theres too much BS around it.
Back to Alex , BS is about to win... and right when im almost sure he's a scammer , he comes out as a Kelly Baggett partner.

Ya, If AlexM dropped the bullshit he could become legitimate. The problem is, this type of shit fits a scammer-profile, for example: Scam the F out of everyone to build an initial rep, then either transition into being more legit or keep scamming. The initial "investment" of scamming & talking tons of bullshit, means you will blow up quick.

The scammer profile includes coming out with some supposed ground breaking program, yet hardly anybody (or nobody) has ever used it, then it has some huge release date with lots of hype, and they make tons of money right off the bat & just straight blow up.

The scammer profile includes proclaiming yourself as some kind of expert, when others would not, but by gorilla marketing tactics, overtime they somehow become established experts.

I don't know too much about tyler ray, except that he is the most unfunny person I've ever seen on the internets. I tend to think he's at least decent, since he was involved with "Playground Dynasty", yet somehow did not become a jumpusa whore. That earns some points in my opinion. I should check out his stuff more, all I know is he is about to bank hardcore by teaming up with TFB.

The difference between Tyler Ray and Maroko, is tyler ray is fast & can fly. If that's "mostly genetic", who knows. But, you can see him putting in work.
