for the first two clips about assessment/metabolism, I was like "well whatever that's not that bad", then you go to the exercise descriptions and whole paragraphs are ripped verbatim, that is pretty pathetic.

So it's based on those verbatim paragraphs ripped, that you can call into question all of his work.
