These videos have to be the worst things I have ever seen training wise (or training stupid).
But wait 'til they catch me doing depth jumps from 40 inches with a 400 lbs bar on my back, jumpsoles on my feet, on bosu balls, while having bands, chains and kettlebells attached to the bar. I won't forget my weight vests either and have a parachute on my back, while doing my depth jump on a box and immediately performing a power clean so that I'm potentiated for the consequent bounds while catching medicine balls at each stride and doing overhead throws with them and catching them on my back, on the abs, for core training purposes.
Oh boy, and then there's pilates waiting for me!
