yea, now that i think about it. There should be nothing but a bruise. It had me at first though, it's kinda tricky. The cut looks pretty paint like, it does not look like there is any skin to show. And would'nt the cut go down since you hit the rim, he would fall back down and cut it even more.

I spoke with a Blood Splatter Specialist from Miami Metro PD, she said it looks fake. She said there's no way it would create the kind of marking because of variations in "drip vectors".

She said, "It looks like a grade 2 laceration which could possibly be caused by slamming into the box holding the rim in place with an immense amount of force, but the drip vectors don't line up with that type of impact injury and laceration depth. A laceration of that sort would have multiple distributaries which converge into one confluence or a confluence which separates into multiple distributaries. This however, is not demonstrated in the picture, which defies impact injury & grade 2 laceration blood flow. What we have here is a relatively thick blood flow of even proportion which is not congruent with true grade 1-3 lacerations from impact injuries."

lmfao.

Just to be certain, who are you making fun of here?  sorry that i can't tell if you make fun of me, but look at that ^^

lol. I can't believe my cut wrist pictures are under the microscope... awesome.

Not sure what more I can tell you.. .the best thing is to let me hook you up with some Indian athletes who were actually there... I think the guy who took the pic for me is actually there.

I do see people gain inch/week... but they don't sustain that gain for super long periods of time.

I also think 10 inches on the running vert is very possible in a 12 week period, but not for everyone and I explain that in the video on the site.

What with improvements to form, contraction speed, strength, coordination... it's very possible.  10 inches to a standing vert is a different animal.

Quote
The rims low!
He cut his wrist!

I did an decent 2 hander on that rim and it broke off... I held on and the back part swung down and made a shallow cut on my wrist.  The blood trickled a bit.  Nothing serious.

Is the story cool enough to merit conspiracy theories?

It's an outdoor court with weather worn glass back boards... bound to happen and did.  Cool... but not THAT cool.

There were seriously at least 40 eye witnesses, as they were having a basketball practice that day.

lol -  I can't believe I'm arguing about this...

Quote
so he only got wrist over rim

LOL

Quote
BULLSHIT! HAHAHAH...look at how the blood has been spread down his arm...complete BS!

LOLL - amazing!

Quote
cuz id love to see him respond to this.

LOL - I'm serious laughing out loud right now... (hence the LOL)...

Quote
And he destroyed his... "powerbeats" by just his plain and simple sweat! AMAZING!

I don't think he cut himself. That's photoshopped.

Seriously?  hahah.. I can't believe my Powebeats story is under review?... lol

You think I was happy about buying $100 + headphones and then they are ruined ... yes just by sweating.. crazy huh?

A quick google search revealed I wasn't the only one that had them ruined by sweat...
http://reviews.bestbuy.com/3545/1232483/beats-by-dr-dre-monster-powerbeats-earbud-headphones-black-reviews/reviews.htm?sort=rating&dir=asc

I'm trying to make my sweat cryptonite to Powerbeats...

Jacob, face it, you have been CALLED OUT.  If I were you I'd start carrying around a camera to film every session so we can see you for what you are - A BIG LIAR.

Seriously though, I am thankful for Jacob for taking the time for helping me with my vertical.  I couldn't touch the rim when I started, and with his help I was able to alley-oop a ball in little over a year's time.  In a similar fashion I am grateful to Lance for helping me with my vertical jump now and getting me passed the alley-oop to a dunk.  Jacob gave me free coaching for over a year even though I was supposed to pay the $9.99 a month yet everyone just says he is money hungry.  I can hear what you guys are saying about the squatflex being a scam, but this stuff about him not really breaking the rim and this stuff about him lying about the powerbeats, I mean, at this point you guys are just being conspiracy theorists and petty.

Please understand that if Lance were on a forum somewhere and people were flaming him, I would defend him to because he helped me as well and trust him.

HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Exactly... you're not the only one.  I find that most people prefer the still pics for the lingerie effect... I call them "still vids."

I didn't know the rim was going to break... or I might have recorded it... and posted a better pic sequence for the still vid.

- Thanks for the words Cloud...

I respect Lance and I respect Andrew and many others on the site.

We don't agree on lots of stuff, but who cares... we both think we're right.  But only one of us is...  headbang

Seriously though the Powerbeats is the best... whyTF would I lie about sweat ruining my Powerbeats?  So my sweat would seem superhuman?

- But the site says sweat won't break Powerbeats!... as you all know you can't believe everything a website says Wink

ya, most people don't know shit about dunk videos/performance videos etc.. i'd rather see a video of pictures taken from video that capture the moment in one shot.. for example, usain bolt's 9.5x WR, did i really have to waste 10 seconds of my life watching that video? no, the pic of him doing his lighting bolt pose at the end, or the celebration as he creeps closer to the finish line with everyone in his dust is all i need to see.. bottom line, i got too much stuff to do in life than watch actual video, just show me pics/still frames/still vids and im good, can skip through real ez and get just as much out of it.

right, i do concede that you are more right than me in all honesty.. leg press is far more effective than squat variations, if i had a leg press that's what i would do instead of squatting, i'd just leg press and squatflex.

lol i don't even know what this powerbeats stuff is about but i've broken a few pair myself while hitting my head on 10' rims, getting the powerbeats snagged on the rim.

peace man

Thought this might help to convince about the back board breaking "scam" pics...

I didn't know I was going to break it... Or I def would have saved the video for at least this occasion!

Here is the vid that I showed Cloud back in a coaching session.
