don't have any for running.. a testing day would be:
- Body fat / Weight - before the session
- warmup
- 10 yard sprints, not measured
- Reach measurement / SVJ
- 10/30 yard dash split
- Broad jump
- 5-10-5
- 300 yard shuttle runs x 2
