After further research, I have found that my foot has been losing its arch and normal pronation. It is a bit inwardly pronated like this photo:

This I think is what is causing a bit of my knee pain (only my right knee, my left knee is stronger and the foot i use most for layups). I was 130 lbs in high school, and now I am 180 lbs. So playing competitive league games has screwed up my foot pronation and now it is kind of messing with my knees. Is there a solution?
My foot has always had an arch but i think now it is kind of collapsing, i have lost some weight and will continue to get to optimal weight which is 150 lbs, but in the mean time, what do i do?
