Hello !

I'm new in this forum so i decided to introduce my self. My name is Edgaras i'm 20 years old, 5'9". Like most people on this forum i like sports specialy basketball, ability to dunk. I become more interested in dunking probably when i dunked first time in my life at age 14, 5'7" or 5'8" can't remember. Since then i started to train more my vertical while other boys in basketball academy trained they'r basketball skills. I was one leg jumper and everythink gone well until i felt kind of disscomfort in my left knee. Since then i was forced to jump more from 2 feet to keep my legs healthy. I never used any jump program, all inches i gained came to me more in natural way or genetic. Now i have 110 cm vertical (it is like 43" i believe).

There is some old videos of mine : http://www.youtube.com/user/hoopcee?feature=mhee
                                                       http://videogaga.one.lt/video?id=ohzluhdglismyvlxls

This year i'm thinking to do jump program called Jump Manual (i've got this one for free so this is the reason im thinking to use it) i dont sure if it will help me a lot but i'll try. If there is any bad calls of this program please let me know, because im not interested to waste my time without any results.

I'm really happy to join your community. Thanks to Adarq. If you have questions to me feel free to ask, i will try my best to answer.
