Can touch the rim but cant hold on to it. Im 5'10" without shoes with 92" reach. Maybe my age slowing me down? Do you think its still possible for me to dunk even on my age? thanks

it should be possible, 34 isn't old.. i can't say for sure though, i'd have to know bodyweight, body composition, injury history, lifts (squat etc), training history, and stuff like that.. ie the 'training questionnaire' we have on here, it gives us alot more insight..

if you aren't RIPPED, in excellent condition/fitness, and massively strong, then ya, it's still possible for you to dunk if you can get rim right now.

169-172 lbs, depends on what I eat. I can squat 260 lbs but can lift 280lbs on a good day. Im a ntural ectomorph but able to gain weight by going to the gym. my abs not ripped as yours. Im playing basketball once a week and lift weights 2-3 times a week.

 welcome
Our stats seem very similar , age , builts , training schedules etc , so let me give my 2 cents here! Cheesy
Age is a disadvantage , but it can be overriden:
Main problems are recovery time ( from training / injuries ) , and food partitioning ( not easy to stay/become lean ).
But it's not like they are terrible , they just tend to slowly but steady decline.
If you can stay focused and keep that lifting (2-3) x week + 1xbball , you can improve a lot.
As for dunking , you're gonna need to be able to get ~10'' above rim, that is ~38'' for you. Touching rim but not holding it would be like ~2'' above , so you are at ~30'' now , you need to gain ~8''.
PROBABLE = NO
POSSIBLE = YES

Go get it...
