Hello everyone from Adarq.org.  My name is John Martin.  I'm a high school senior, from KC Missouri.  I've decided to set up a profile on this website (never used a forum before).

Some stats:
-Height: 6'1"
-Weight: 176 Ibs
-BF %: between 10 and 15 percent
-Personal Best SVJ: 29 inches
-Squat Max: 315 lbs
-Standing reach: 7'10" (long arms)

Some dunks I have completed, just gonna have to believe me :
-1 hander (off 1 and 2 feet)
-the rest are off 2 feet
-2 hand with rim hang
-2 hand tomahawk
-reverse with one or two hands
-dunk in game once (street/pickup)

My goal is to max 405 asap.  No bullshit.  Anyway, I would appreciate some feedback from everybody.

drop that questionnaire from the free-training tab at the top, into a journal in the progress journals section.. that'll give us even more info about you. it has stuff like injury history, diet, training history, etc.

you ever going to get up any vids? sounds like you got some very nice stats.

"Now Cornell University neurobiologists, studying the adrenal glands of rats, have discovered how chronic stress cranks up the intensity of this adrenaline response. The key to this so-called molecular memory resides in a donut-shaped protein on the surface of cells that secrete adrenaline, the hormone also known as epinephrine."

PED's in drug free sports is cheating, unethical, and weak. Athletes and/or coaches who condone/display this behavior can get lost.
