Hey I am back! It's funny what happens when you disappear for three years.  Great site Andrew!

Oh yeah, and I have been gone because coaching track has consumed my life for the past 3 years, but I have the summer off and am spending some time building my youtube/making a website and whatnot, and writing a book.

I managed to coach the national runner up in high jump this past year, pretty cool.  I am kind of exited to run through this site and see what is the new rage in the world of training, haha.  See how many of you have still been improving since I was last on Smiley

Hi, and yes, I'll start a log.  Since I have the summer off, I am totally dedicating myself to jumping higher than I ever have before.  I am also 27 years old, so I had better do that pretty quick Smiley

My running two foot vertical was up to 40" last year and standing was 35".  I got up to a 46" or so running last year as measured by head height on the rim.... but those are always goofy measurements based on COM travel compared to a high touch.

Right now running 2 foot is at 38" again, and I am not sure about the one foot, I haven't really tested it in a while.  I did manage to scissor high jump 6' the last couple years.... weighing way more than a high jumper should!

Taking a break from between sets on my workout today.  I'll let you know how it goes. I also am putting some new stuff on my youtube/jumpscoach214 page, so check it out if you want.

No, that 46" was off of one foot.  That would be pretty cool if it was off of two!
