Wasup, I'm new to this site I've had a few friends who have signed up already, and put me on to your website and youtube account.
I'm a high school(sophomore) athlete(Football,Basketball,Track) 125lbs , and I'm looking to really improve myself in terms of both enhancing my athleticism and my physique. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and receiving your expert advice. Thanks

So what im really looking for at the moment are good upper body and core workouts. strong
