i im in need of a program. i can dunk occasionally off one foot. i have a 7'4 reach, and i am 5'9. but i can only get 5 icnches of my 8 inch hand ovr the rim. i wanna dunk consistanly any suggestions? help adarqui!

i wanna dunk off a drbble in less than a month

hey hey,

I think we need a few details to be able to help you out with a program like what your past training has been, did it work well for you? what are your typical lifting weights in squat, deadlift etc... and what are your 1 rep max's for those lifts.
 How much do you weigh? age?
